Superfoods for breastfeeding moms

My story-
After having my Son 5 months ago I lost my old self who had a ton of energy. And, I was ok with that thinking it was normal because I was feeding my baby! I enjoyed and embraced the journey and changes of pregnancy and being a new mom, but was so ready to get my energy back!
I used to run marathons, ride dirt bikes, mountain bikes, go kayaking, garden and do what ever else it took to keep my household in order... Before the 10 day transformation I was dragging to even keep my house clean and wash my hair! When I started to work out again I barley had energy to lift my son and carry his car seat. This made me sad and really wore on me! After this 10 day transformation I have no pains and no problem carrying the load of Bodhi and I am able to do 10 push ups for the first time postpartum!
Since my mama friend introduced me to Purium I have my energy back to do it all again and feel strong! I lost 8 pounds in 10 days... I lost 1 inch around my waist and 1 inch around my hips. On day 20 of doing the continuous lifestyle program, I lost another 5 pounds and 2 inches! Along with losing weight I also have mental clarity and have my energetic self back! I'm feeling toned, not bloated and sleeping fabulous! Also, a total bonus is my skin is very clear! I have had no change in my milk supply and my Son has been sleeping through the night! I am so happy to have this restart/ jump start! I'm back to being my old self and being a great mama!
